The terms that govern your use of StmtPilot and its bank statement conversion services
2026/03/29
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StmtPilot, including our website, statement conversion workflows, exports, and related services. By accessing or using StmtPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must use StmtPilot only in compliance with applicable law. If you create an account, you must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
StmtPilot is a bank statement conversion tool. It may inspect uploaded PDFs, extract text, parse transactions, present review data, and generate exports such as CSV or XLSX.
StmtPilot is not a bank, accounting firm, tax advisor, auditor, or law firm. Conversion results may contain errors, omissions, or formatting issues. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before relying on them for bookkeeping, tax, compliance, legal, or financial decisions.
StmtPilot and its original content, software, workflows, branding, and site materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain your rights in the files and data you upload. By submitting files or other content to StmtPilot, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and transform that content solely as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.
You represent that you have the right to upload and process the documents you submit to StmtPilot, including financial records belonging to you or your clients.
You agree not to:
We may investigate suspected abuse and may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the service, our users, or third parties.
Paid plans, page packs, and related billing features may be offered through third-party payment processors. Unless stated otherwise:
Pricing and plan limits may change prospectively.
You may stop using StmtPilot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or abuse risk, or if continued access could expose us or others to liability.
StmtPilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of StmtPilot.
We may change, improve, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including features, pricing, retention windows, or plan limits.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date above. Your continued use of StmtPilot after the update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us.
