How accurate is the PDF to Excel conversion?
Clean digital bank statement PDFs usually produce the most stable results. For difficult, blurry, or OCR-heavy files, the review interface helps you verify the rows that need attention.
Does it work with scanned PDF statements?
The strongest current path is still digital PDF bank statements. Some scanned files may work, but OCR-heavy statements are not the strongest path in the current version.
Which banks do you support?
StmtPilot does not rely on a single bank template, but public support claims now live on the `/supported-banks` page. The strongest current path is still clean digital bank statement PDFs.
Can I export directly to QuickBooks or Xero?
The current public output is cleaner CSV and Excel for spreadsheet cleanup and manual import workflows. Dedicated QuickBooks or Xero export templates are not part of the current public promise.
Is my data secure?
Uploaded files are used only for statement conversion. Raw PDFs are retained for up to 24 hours, extracted rows and exports for up to 7 days, and this data is not used for model training.
Is there a limit on file size?
The current per-file limit is 10 MB and 50 pages. If a statement is clearly larger, split it first or re-export a cleaner PDF from the bank portal.
Can I process multi-page statements?
Yes, as long as the file stays within the current per-file limits. StmtPilot will try to preserve transaction continuity across pages.
